We provide professional monitoring solutions across all platforms (Windows, Linux and Macintosh) as a bolt on option to any SLA, a stand alone solution or as a larger managed services contract. Our monitoring solutions provide a host of features and managed services at a base fee per device for three management categories:

  • "monitor and report" - monitors a device or application for specific activity and reports any failures based on a set of rules via email, SMS or even fax
  • "self heal" - is one step up where a set of instructions that can be customised is executed should the monitored service/device/application fail, this enables that device or service to restart a set amount of times before issuing a critical alert etc.
  • "pro-active defence" category where we pro-actively monitor device/service/application health and act on any critical alerts issues when the self heal process does not correct the particular error. This is all done remotely and at a set device fee, so there is no extra cost should the device fail once a day or once a year, you are covered.
