We offer professional hardware repair services for products both in and out of warranty.

Should any item be under warranty, the correct procedures will be followed to repair the device under warranty and retain the remainder thereof and we also guarantee our workmanship for 6 months from the date of repair. As a guideline, our standard printer service costs are listed below but variations exist dependent on make and model.

Please be aware that most repairs are unique in their nature and we will therefore quote a repair cost every time prior to starting the repair process. Even though our policy is that we do not charge a quote rejection fee per say, some devices/repairs require considerable work to be performed to be able to determine the exact point of failure and in such cases there might be a quote rejection fee involved based exclusively on the work required to effectively quote.

Notes:

• All printer types need to be at least serviced in most cases to determine the exact problem, even if it is scrapped afterwards.
• All prices quoted above excludes any parts that might be required.
• All serviced printers are re lubricated internally, cleaned comprehensively and checked for wear and tear on mechanical parts.
• All printers are evaluated before servicing to determine warranty status and whether it needs to be sent to the manufacturer to reduce the final cost to the customer.
• We are one of the few service providers that perform repairs on a component level.
• We repair any brand of IT related hardware - irrespective of whether it is available in South Africa or not.
