We are proud to announce that we have added yet another value added service to our reitoire - we now sell consumable and stationary products at extremely good price points and provide extensive guarantees on all printer related consumables such as toner and cartridges.

Anything from laser and inkjet cartridges to paper and pens. If we don't have it we'll source it.
Guarantees:

• We guarantee each laser cartridge / toner to be free from defects in material under normal use for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase.
• A defective cartridge will, subject to reasonable verification of the defect, be replaced with another cartridge or refunded for the full purchase price.
• In the unlikely event that any laser cartridge is found to be defective and caused damage to the printer, Easy IT will assume liability for such damage and will at it's option repair the printer at its own cost or reimburse the client for all service costs incurred to repair the printer.
• Requests for warranty reimbursements must be accompanied by: satisfactory evidence that the damage occurred during the warranty period and satisfactory evidence that the cartridge was the actual cause of the damage.

We also guarantee that we will beat any price/quote out there, as an example, a Canon LBP5000 original black cartridge will set you back about R825.60 ex vat. For the same cartridge, with a 1 year guarantee as stated above, provided to you via our value added channel, you will pay R518.65 ex vat. That's a save of R306.95!
