We Offer an extensive range of services on 3 experience tiers that encompass the design, implementation,
support and maintenance of entire IT solutions. It is however so easy to overlook a part of our service range, due to its
sheer breadth. Similarly, it is close to impossible to provide a listing here detailing all the services we render.
It is for this particular reason that we believe it is always best to give us a ring or send us an email should you have any IT
related queries, the chances are pretty good that we have dealt with a similar request in the past and do in fact offer those services.
Standard Server, Desktop and network support:
We offer Server (Windows and Linux), desktop (MAC, Linux and Windows) and network (all networking devices such as printers, routers firewalls and switches etc.) support as either "on-site", per SLA, per call and even remote assistance plans. Support is billed in 0.5 hour segments which is also our minimum fee. There is no "callout fee" but we do bill travel to the customer at our standard rates for the time spent on the round trip from our closest office. Our standard rates can be seen in the table below.

For a better definition of the time segments, please refer to the list below.
- Normal: Labour performed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00 excluding public holidays.
- Normal after hours: Labour performed outside of normal business hours, Monday to Friday from 17:00 to 23:00 and from 06:00 to 08:00 excluding public holidays and Saturdays (06:00 to 23:00) excluding public holidays.
- Special after hours: Labour performed outside of Normal and Normal After Hours times. That would mean; Public Holidays (entire day) and Sundays (entire day) as well as Working days and Saturdays from 23:00 to 06:00.
Cat 5e, Cat6, Fiber, Telemetry, CCTV network cabling installations:
We also offer an extensive range of professionally installed IT related cabling services. Either from the ground up for new
installations including trunking, power, access control etc. or as simple additions to your existing cabled network infrastructure.
Our current price for a standard Cat5e Network Point is R350.00 excl. VAT. Our standard network points include a verified, tested and
labelled Cat5e network point up to 50m in length, verified wall box or keystone as well as a 3m flylead per data point.
Bulk discount can be arranged for larger installations.
We also offer a large range of professional data cabinet's, the contents thereof including patch panels, patch leads and the like and
offer complete installation thereof.
Specialized installation (Fiber splicing, Cat 6, Dedicated UPS installations etc.) prices are available on request.
On and off site data and "system state" backups:
We offer a customized range of on- and off- site, automated and manual, managed and user managed backup solutions to cater to
every IT backup need.
Prices are available on request and are dependent on disaster recovery requirements.
Disaster recovery planning and implementation:
Our extensive expertise in the field and experience with major disaster situations in the past, ensures that we have the proper skill and
foresight to offer proper and professional disaster recovery planning and implementation.

Network design and implementation, IT project management:
We follow pre defined standards and rely on proven technology and solutions to provide the most cost effective and complete
IT solution available. We are able to utilize our experience in this field in combination with our quality control procedures and
with support from all our other service sectors to ensure complete and satisfactory results while remaining exceptionally well
priced.

Complete IT management and SLA services:
We offer specialized SLA (Service Level Agreement) options with possible discounts across the board based on volume discounting
terms and we pride ourselves in providing a complete managed IT solution where we are able to take full control and responsibility
for entire IT systems, handling it with integrity and commitment, in most cases with more dedication than some people handle their
own. We also provide preventative maintenance and managed solutions to all SLA customers as standard.

Hardware and software sales, procurement and installation:
We stock and supply a very large range of IT related hardware and software products. We also specialize in certain
products and areas but are confident that we can cater for any IT need, big or small, in this department. Our standardized
handling fees ensure that our prices are very often below the norm. We also offer extensive warranty options and all hardware
is handled with the utmost care and with proper quality control procedures throughout its handling and delivery process.

Wireless coverage, hotspots and range extenders:
We also offer a range of wireless options ranging from complete wireless conversions to simply adding wireless functionality
to your existing network while ensuring complete security or even provisioning a "pay per use" internet portal.

Printer, Laptop, Desktop and specialized repairs:
We offer professional Printer, Laptop, Desktop and specialized hardware (XBox 360, Playstation, motherboard etc.) repair services for products both in and out of warranty and also guarantee our workmanship for 6 months from the date of repair. Our standard printer service costs are listed below but variations may exist dependent on make and model.

All prices are quoted excluding any parts that might be required for the specific repair.
Notes:- All printer types need to be serviced to determine the total cost to repair should there be any faulty parts or larger problems.
- All services printers are re lubricated internally, cleaned comprehensively and checked for wear and tear requiring replacement rollers and the like.
- All printers are evaluated before servicing to determine warranty status and whether it needs to be sent to the manufacturer to reduce the final cost to the customer.
