The process:
- The client provides a database of email addresses the mail needs to be sent to - in xls or csv format
- The client clearly indicates which if any of the fields is to be merged into the mail before sending.
- The client provides a standard HTML based template to be used along with any attachments to the email.
- The client provides an email address to be used as the "sending address" to ensure that any replies and/or bounced mails arrive back at the user that can manage these mails.
- We set it all up and process the send - easy ;)
Mailblaster self:
Mailblaster self is a solution for those clients that need an ad-hoc facility but who would like to manage the templates, databases and process them selves. We provide the software required and assist in the configuration thereof as well as provide basic training on its use. R 1032.00 software license and R 350.00 per hour for configuration and training.
Legal email database sales:
We provide email databases for sale - these are only provided on the strictest basis that:
- The email addresses contained in these databases have not been obtained by any illegal methods
- These databases not be used for spamming purposes
- An opt out facility needs to be provided to all recipients in these lists for any mail sent to them
