The MWeb solution is the cheaper of the two and suggested for use in non critical situations (due to it being less reliable and stable then the other offering) while the SAIX offering is the preferred solution for business continuity as it is the premium service of the two and also based on our gold business class bandwidth.

Understanding our uncapped solutions:

• Uncapped ADSL pricing is based on the line speed accessing the service as this determines the maximum potential usage on any particular account.
• Further to this, these uncapped accounts can only be used from one concurrent location other than the 4 concurrent connections provided as standard by our other ADSL services.
• We also steer clear from those very cheap uncapped solutions available locally for very good reasons.
• We recommend that you perform an ADSL line speed test on your line to determine what uncapped package will suit your needs.
• You will receive full line speed speeds on our SAIX offerings up to the speed of the uncapped package chosen - in other words, if you only have a 384 Kbps ADLS line there is no need for you to purchase n uncapped account with larger capacity.
• The MWeb offerings speed fluctuates with the utilization on the MWeb network.
• There are 2 MWeb offerings - shaped and unshaped, unshaped bandwidth is suggested for specialised situations.
