What is Overages or over usage charges and why is is applicable?
We are able to keep our prices this low by strictly managing the space and bandwidth provided as part of each package. Each package has a base amount of disk space and bandwidth per month included in the price, if more is used then these charges apply. At least our rates are some of the lowest around.

 Why use Windows for hosting?
In reality, there is not much of a difference between a hosting environment on the Windows and Linux platforms. Traditionally Linux provides a more stable and secure environment while Windows provides features making it easier for developers to develop a more involved website or web application. This is however not entirely true any more. The only reason Windows is usually chosen as a hosting platform, is due to the fact that some developers prefer to use those proprietary technologies developed by Microsoft, such as .Net and ASP or MS SQL. The only other difference you as a customer should be aware of is the inherent higher costs associated to Windows licencing.

Are these packages contracts?
No - it is a month to month solution that can be cancelled, downgraded and upgrades as required within any calendar month cycle. The two "micro" packages however require quarterly payment due to the ridiculous cheap prices we offer but it is still not bound to any contracts.
