We currently have 11 permanent employees of which 36% is non white. 10 are based in the Western Cape and 1 in Johannesburg. Permanent staff tends to the supply, technical, admin, management and financial requirements while various contractors fill in specific and general gaps as/when needed.
Our support and installation base is further expanded by:
- Newer remote connectivity techniques and technologies
- A permanent base of operations in the greater Gauteng region
- Long term affiliates in the greater Gauteng region
- A support base in Durban/Umhlanga
- Contractors further afield
All operations, contact and management is however handled by our Western Cape branch providing one seamless point of contact to our customers.
Our turn around times:
- Are generally considered to be faster than the norm in this industry at a 12 years average of below 1 hour
- We employ secure remote connections to all SLA and most other customers enabling us to cost effectively resolve almost all problems at an accelerated rate
- We provide dedicated and customised Service Level Agreements (SLA's) that guarantee specific turnaround times
- We provide a 24/7 support and contact service
- We also provide retainer based services to ensure someone is available to assist as required
