In March 2015 we evolved Easy IT into something new, something better and with a heritage of 17 years it was neither a simple choice nor a random event.
Due to the sheer breadth of services we provide it became apparent that simple things like HR management and "finding the right person for the job" was overly complicated and a more specialised approach was needed.
This lead to the forming of ICT Empire and Phase Change - sister companies each specialising in its field, working together to still provide a complete solution to a client.
The range of services we provide together remains almost unaffected (with some redundant services culled from the repertoire), the people on the end of the line remained mostly unchanged and the contact info is still being monitored by the individual companies.
The biggest benefit to this is that our product offering has become considerably less complex and more stream lines. This leads to many benefits - internally it is much easier to "find the right person for the job" and externally this also means our support levels are better managed, our skill sets are more focused to what each company offers and our rates could even be lowered due to that fact.
It has taken almost a year to untangle a lot of the intricacies hence the fact that this notification was only made live in 2016.
